{"id":1933,"date":"2016-07-26T08:48:30","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T12:48:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.granitestatefutures.org\/?p=1933"},"modified":"2016-07-26T08:48:30","modified_gmt":"2016-07-26T12:48:30","slug":"attack-on-nh-farmers-continues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/granitestatefutures.org\/news\/2016\/07\/26\/attack-on-nh-farmers-continues\/","title":{"rendered":"Attack on NH Farmers Continues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A land use dispute on Henniker\u2019s Mount Hunger Road continues, and both sides are calling in attorneys.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Forster, a Christmas tree farmer who hosts weddings on his 110-acre farm, is planning to take the town back to court after the zoning board decided the planning board erred in granting Forster a conditional use permit.<\/p>\n<p>Forster, through his attorneys at BCM Environmental and Land Law, filed the motion for rehearing right before the deadline of July 15, which was 30 days after the decision was made.<\/p>\n<p>The zoning board, which is not scheduled to meet until Aug. 17, has 30 days from the date of the filing to hold a public meeting, where members will review the submission and decide if there is new evidence to constitute a rehearing.<\/p>\n<p>Forster says the zoning board was \u201cunreasonable and unlawful, and totally negated the article the legislative body voted in.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.concordmonitor.com\/Henniker-NH-agritourism-weddings-stephen-forster-motion-to-repeal-3645835\" target=\"_blank\">Read more&#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A land use dispute on Henniker\u2019s Mount Hunger Road continues, and both sides are calling in attorneys.
