Bush when he established the Office Of The Director Of National Intelligence in 2005. The DNI restructured all US intelligence agencies to create a unified data collection behemoth. The NY Post concluded, \u201cObama is presiding over the largest consolidation of personal data in US history.\u201d<\/p>\n The first political use of this massive data base is Obama\u2019s HUD grant program. The NY Post noted this in 2015:<\/p>\n \u201cFederally funded cities deemed overly segregated will be pressured to change their zoning laws to allow construction of more subsidized housing in affluent areas in the suburbs, and relocate inner-city minorities to those predominantly white areas.
