They cannot pick and choose who can record, all must be allowed. Please remember this the next time they attempt to eject someone from a town or school meeting in your town.<\/p>\n<p>Regional councils in NH, although NOT ELECTED, are funded by taxpayer dollars and thus are not allowed to operate in secret.
