The document is a comprehensive revision of the city\u2019s zones, including their locations, definitions, and permitted uses.<\/p>\n<p>One of the new zones included in the document is the neighborhood <strong>mixed use zone<\/strong>, which allows for small-sized businesses to be located in the same area as residential homes.
