If the push toward regionalism were not brazen enough, now the California Senate is looking to pass a bill to create a new political subdivision.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;California\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/sanrafael.patch.com\/groups\/richard-halls-blog\/p\/dont-blink--senate-bill-1-is-coming?yPos=undefined\">Senate Bill 1<\/a> is what the founding fathers fought against.  Straight from the <a href=\"http:\/\/sustainabledevelopment.un.org\/content\/documents\/Agenda21.pdf\">U.N. Agenda 21\u2019s playbook<\/a>, SB1 will give power to a county to form a \u201cSustainable Communities Investment Authority\u201d (SCIA). These Authorities have the power of eminent domain and can confiscate private property to build \u201csustainable communities.\u201d The bill essentially paves the way for the loss of any true private property in California, resulting in the loss of freedom and driving down home values.
