EXPOSING and EXPLORING the ORIGINS and IDEAS BEHIND "GRANITE STATE FUTURE"
THE PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS
THE PLAYERS - NGOs
THE QUESTIONHow does a Regional Planning Commission such as Nashua's get to have a budget of almost $1.5 MILLION DOLLARS of your tax money if they are 'advisory only'?
In the links above, you will find listed a multitude of programs, all connected to a Granite State Future, each targeting a specific area.
Then listed are the private corporations, their foundations, and the PR firms they've hired, along with many other non-governmental organizations that team up with the quasi-govermments of the RPCs/WSC (appointmented boards) to influence your local governments into accepting GSF. See more on their website...
So you have to ask, where does the voter enter into all of this decision making? Seems as if while the voters may have provided the federal government with their tax dollars, the decisions about how that money will be used have already been made. And under every rock, we continue to discover yet another group of non-governmental organizations [Link] doing the social engineering of your towns on behalf of the feds, without your input.

WHAT IS "GRANITE STATE FUTURE"?
Granite State Future is a non-partisan issue.
Granite State Future is about the permanent loss of private property rights.
Granite State Future is about the New Hampshire Regional Planning Commissions switching their allegiance from the citizens of New Hampshire to the Federal Government.
Watch the Video Above for a Granite State Future OverviewIn the video above the NH HUD Field Director is debating the man in the suit. Notice how he tries to deflect attention from the fact that the Granite State Future's origins are rooted in Agenda 21 by asking the audience to focus on 'elections' instead? Elections have absolutely NOTHING to do with this process because those who would impose it are NOT ELECTED. Elections, which happen infrequently, would do absolutely NOTHING to stop what is coming. He also resorts to the tired and worn out tactic of pretending that no one has ever heard of Agenda 21, but then goes on to admit that President Bush signed onto it, just as it states in the Federal Register posted on our blog.
WHAT IS "REGIONAL PLANNING"?NH's Nine Regional Planning Commissions, bolstered by the support of mostly quasi-governmental and non-governmental organizations, private "stakeholders", and lobbying groups such as the NH Planners (NGO) are currently engaged in promoting a "Granite State Future", a sustainable communities initiative for all of NH. GSF is a prime example of the use of top-down, regional governance of the exact kind being imposed all over the world. The Nashua Regional Planning Commission is the point group for the procurement of EPA/HUD/DOT federal funds for this project. It is an unelected layer of government that is moving forward on plans that in many cases, do not have public approval except from special interest groups and NGOs that have formed these aforementioned "public-private parternships". RPCs are soviet-style councils that rule from the top down.
Regional Planning Commissions were created by the NH legislature in 1969 for the purpose of federal highway grants so that each town affected by the roads could have input. They have since strayed far from their original purpose.
In 2011, then Governor Lynch created a "Water Sustainability Commission" which works in a similar fashion to the RPCs and also supports the GSF plan. In addition to their erroneous premise that NH is experiencing a water crisis, this WSC has actually suggested that water be considered a state-owned resource because people who get their water from private wells, wells that exist on their own property, get water "too cheaply".
All nine NH RPCs are formulating a letter to the Governor asking her to form a "Scenic Byways Council" to gather support for a statewide coordinated plan.
Bet you didn't know that we already have a "NH State Sea Level Rise" study commission. Can you say waste and top down bureaucracy?
After viewing scores of RPC documents, the adoption of the GSF plan could result in the measurement, taxation, and ultimate control over everything and everyone within the state. It is one of many similar programs which are meant to implement ideas that come from a UN convention called Agenda 21. Agenda 21 is a GLOBAL plan based on radical environmentalism and sustainabilty, which would control every resource on the planet, including humans. The promotion of "healthy, vibrant communities" is an example of the terminology being used as a hook. But what is really being promoted is a "back to the wild" philosophy where people would be herded into mixed-use areas of compact housing in existing towns and cities where they would not have to use their cars, and discouraged or even banned from building in rural areas, all in the name of preventing "sprawl".
Outrageous nonsense you say? Not at all. We'll show you the documents that talk about what these supposedly "advisory-only" taxpayer-funded Regional Planning Commissions are doing (funded by your $1.5M tax dollars) and how they are doing it. These Planning Commissions are comprised of UNELECTED members. These new bureaucracies are accepting federal monies to be used locally, and seek to supercede local control. You the people, have no vote and no say in what they do, despite their invitation of public input during staged "listening sessions".They keep touting GSF as a "community based program" but in reality, their plans are pre-determined, and did NOT orginate from the community as they would have you believe. In addition, about 99.9% of the public we polled had NO idea that NH was broken up into 9 regions for the purpose of regional governance.
This website will allow you to explore the facts that support the above statements. Included will be PUBLIC documents that show the requirements for taking federal money from the EPA/HUD/DOT to implement this plan. We will show you how the RPCs are using the public relations firms of wealthy corporate NGOs to "facilitate" meetings and influence the miniscule number of taxpayers who actually attend, into accepting their pre-determined goals. We will demonstrate how the Delphi Technique is used at each of their "listening sessions" where public input that does not follow the prerequisite script, is usually discarded and ignored.
Before this even began, the RPCs braced for resistance. They admitted that they would need to "...identify existing and potential barriers to ensuring sustainable communities and to articulate the strategies the regions will use to mitigate or overcome each barrier. Anticipated barriers include NH's strong tradition of individual property rights and resultant resistance to planning and zoning; and a currently strained state budget that will limit state agencies capacity to conduct future planning efforts."
Barriers indeed. If you came here in search of ways to preserve and protect your rights as an individual property owner in NH, watch this VIDEO and welcome to the resistance.
