How to Combat Agenda 2030 Deniers

When confronted with the prospect of Agenda21/2030, many deniers will drag out the old “conspiracy theory” excuse. It is a nice try to deflect from the root cause of this international communist movement. Unfortunately it’s not a theory, but rather common knowledge, plastered all over our US State Dept website in SUPPORT.

Darrell Issa (R) just consorted with Dems to install a permanent “Smart Cities Caucus” (lobby) in the US Congress.

Further, there have to be thousands, maybe even millions of pages devoted to the Agenda 21/2030 SDGs, MDGs, and related on the UN-associated websites.

The local planning departments have this book on their shelves. “Local Agenda 21 Planning Guide.”

And of course, just by visiting this blog’s main pages, there is so much more…

These deniers can play ostrich for only so long.

Most Dangerous Man in America?

Cuban National Andrés Duany could easily be called the most dangerous man in America.

Seems that the founder of the radical new urbanist CNU group is training planners at his company, Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, and then they are in turn getting hired by towns who have no idea where these radical ideas are coming from.

Midlothian, Va. has been sucked in.

“Staff in the county’s Planning Department began working on the new plan in February 2016. Along the way, they contracted with Michael Watkins Architect LLC, a Gaithersburg, Maryland-based firm that works with existing communities to promote the cultural heritage of their built environment and plan new sustainable neighborhoods.

Watkins, a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism, founded the firm in 2007 when he left his position of director of town planning with Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company.”

The people commenting on the article seem to have caught on to the agenda, but do they know what to do to stop it and how pervasive these 2,500 people from CNU are?

Ben Carson Agrees With Elimination of Single-Family Zoning

Why is it that soon after Republicans get elected they suddenly turn on us?

It would seem this would be the case with Ben Carson, former candidate for president, now head of HUD.

Dr. Ben Carson of HUD

Dr. Ben Carson of HUD

One of the biggest scams in the NH state budget is the fact that some Republican State Senators and the Governor himself are supporting a bill (SB 306) that has been hidden in the budget because they knew it would not pass on its own. It is part of the push to do away with local control and flood NH with low income housing per UN Agenda 2030.

Now we read that Republican Ben Carson supports the idea of getting rid of single-family zoning. Sound outrageous? Read more…

“Carson — who leads the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) — made his comments Tuesday during a visit to Minneapolis, where lawmakers voted last year to ditch single-family zoning, which had previously dominated the city limits. Speaking to reporters, Carson suggested more cities should follow Minneapolis’ example, and drew a connection between zoning and homelessness.”

“I want to encourage the development of mixed-income multifamily dwellings all over the place,” Carson said.

HERE you can find a list of bills the Republican Governor of NH should be repealing and/or removing from the budget.

Will Eliminating Options Force Your Habits?

We have written about this many times before… will restricting the availability of single-family housing or roads and parking for cars, curtail your desire for either? Apparently Minneapolis thinks so.

A plan called “Minneapolis 2040” has caused some residents to worry that the character of their neighborhoods will be ruined in a few years. (We maintain that this will be true)

“In a dramatic move aimed at addressing the city’s lack of affordable housing, the Minneapolis City Council in December approved a plan, which, among other things, effectively eliminates single-family zoning. Under the plan, called Minneapolis 2040, duplexes or triplexes are now welcomed on lots previously allowing just one home, with no requirement to add additional parking.”

Despite worried residents, “…urban planners in Minneapolis say they hope the plan will lead to a more walkable, more affordable, more environmentally friendly and more inclusive city thanks to higher density and an added supply of housing stock.”

This is basic social engineering, similar to the 1960s the “forced busing” in Boston. Elizabeth Warren, Democratic candidate for president, is all for it. “People are recognizing the social equity and justice of single-family neighborhoods,” said Christopher Leinberger, a professor at George Washington University’s Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

Fortunately, some residents see this for what it is. “There is this fantasy that if they make it really hard to drive and park, people will stop using cars,” said Constance Pepin, a semiretired training consultant and 35-year resident of Minneapolis.

It is definitely part the push to implement UN Agenda 2030, and the planners, regionalists, and new urbanists don’t even try to hide it anymore.

Read it for yourself, here.

There Goes Vermont!

The Rutland Herald reports:

“The department has a contract with Congress for the New Urbanism, which according to its website is an international nonprofit organization “working to build vibrant communities where people have diverse choices for how they live, work and get around.”

Hanford said CNU has a track record for this sort of work and will give and receive information from Vermont’s cities and towns on what regulatory obstacles they’re facing. This meeting is scheduled for July 10. Among those invited are several mayors and the leaders of various regional planning commissions.”

We suspect Vermont doesn’t know or understand who this radical organization really is. Their founder is Andrés Duany, a Cuban national who has risen in the ranks of city planners to become the country’s biggest promoter of regionalism and fascism, by his own admission.

If Vermont doesn’t want to be a low-income housing magnet, they will sever all ties with this radical organization.

Banning All Gas-Powered Cars?

From an Irish newspaper site, “Climate Change Plan Sees No New Petrol or Diesel Cars After 2030 and No NCT for Polluting Cars After 2045”

“The end of petrol and diesel cars in Ireland, as well as the end of oil and gas boilers in homes, has been announced by the Government as part of a new climate change plan.

In a dramatic bid to tackle climate change, and meet our EU targets on emissions, councils will be handed the power to restrict access to certain parts of towns and cities to zero-emissions vehicles only, under the ambitious new environmental plan.

And no petrol or diesel cars will be sold after 2030, with all such vehicles effectively banned from the road by 2045.”

Think this can’t happen in the USA? Think again. Is California ready to ban gas-powered cars? Not yet. But they’re thinking about it!

“Speaking at an air-quality workshop in San Diego, Mary Nichols, chair of the California Air Resources Board, was expected to toss in the idea of killing off gas-powered cars based on her prepared remarks. They called for her to list ways in which the state can get tougher on pollution.”

We have already seen the radical CNU list 10 highways it would like to rip up. CNU currently has proponents working in NH’s towns to craft your Master Plans. Bedford recently hired Tennessee company TPUDC.com to rework their plan much to the dismay of residents who say TPUDC has an agenda because the principal of the group was a protégé of Andrés Duany, a Cuban from Florida who pushes for new urbanism and the political reorganization of the country into ‘city-states’ under the United Nations.

This is why it pays to keep an eye on local issues. Currently groups in NH are asking the Governor why he supports a 3-person state appeals board that would allow developers to override local town boards with regard to zoning, planning, and conservation decisions related to their projects. It is unthinkable but the plan to create this board is hidden in the budget as SB 306 and SB 15. Other bills that are detrimental to taxpayers and which they are asking him to veto are SB 241, SB 154, SB 43, SB 12, and HB 415.

So far, even after being contacted dozens of times, the Governor’s office has not returned their calls.

Connecting Your Town to a “City-State”

Think we’ve been kidding? We’ve talked about this for a very long time. We don’t know whether to be happy that the culprits are now outing themselves, proving us right, or upset that people are ignoring it because they do not understand the implications.

No-United-Nations

The United Nations is fraught with global socialists. They want to rule the world as your only government. They want to remove borders and national boundaries and adopt a system by which large regional “city-states” are the governing body, including all the towns in the surrounding areas.

This is called “regionalism” and it is generally accepted as a step toward communism, with the least amount of people sitting on appointed boards and commissions making the decisions for the largest amount of people.

The UN has already divided the US into 10 or 11 regions, and each state has already set up an unelected, unaccountable regional government that is directing what is done in the towns. This we have shown you many times over the last 20 years. We have been laughed at and called names but the proof is everywhere.

Groups like the UN, WHO, World Bank, IBO, AARP, APA, and the RPCs are swooping down and directing the content of your “master plans” and running your schools (IBO). The few people who do speak up about it are never heeded.

Elected officials in both the Democratic and Republican party are complicit. Our own governor in New Hampshire is promoting AFFH policies through the “back door” while claiming to fight taxes. The more “study committees” and “commissions” are formed, the more your tax dollars are being used to reward crony capitalists, while raising your taxes and taking away your freedoms. Understand that you DID NOT VOTE FOR THESE RULERS…

These folks basically are attempting to overturn the constitutional republic.

Please keep this website bookmarked and watch the short videos in this article, entitled, “City-State Conversion Planning” for an eye-opening look at what you will need to fight in the future.

If you are too lazy to read the article, watch the videos at least. The first one is a city manager. How dare she!?

Obama spoke about it also, and this is why he instituted the AFFH Act. He said, people who heard about it said “It sounds Soviet”. (They were correct!)

Davis writes about the “Metropolis Project”

“Obama mentioned the Metropolis Project so a search was done on it. This “project” is a project only in the sense that it’s a strategic plan to bring down western civilization. A Canadian news website has done extensive research on the Metropolis Project in Canada. The Metropolis Project is an international movement. In Canada it is located at the Carleton University. Do spend some time on this website because the Metropolis Project is the link to the conspiracy to flood our country with migrants and refugees. Especially notice that the U.S. Department of HomeSCAM Security is listed as a partner.”

Davis’s website is full of good information.

NH is the New Target

Listen to what was happening back in 2012 to California and which is happening in NH currently,

These two activist women from California talk about how the government was mandating types of housing for the purpose of equalizing the demographics for voting, income levels, and integration according to their ideas of how things should be.

They also point out how the Private Public Partnership trend is so dangerous for the taxpayers.

They talk about transportation and housing for the purpose of location and control.

Regionalism is discussed. NH has 9 regional planning commissions who so far claim no authority but who are the ones enabling all of the same in NH. They point out how these boards are unelected and unaccountable.

The Lure of Cities – Is It Real?

We’ve often heard new urbanist types claim that young people just starting out prefer to live in cities. Apparently this is just not true statistically.

“In fact, as a new Brookings study shows, millennials are not moving en masse to large, dense cities but away from them. According to demographer Bill Frey, the 2013–17 American Community Survey shows that New York now suffers the largest net annual outmigration of post-college millennials (ages 25–34) of any metro area—some 38,000 annually—followed by Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Diego. New York’s losses are 75 percent higher than during the previous five-year period.”

“In truth, despite a much praised art scene and often gushing media treatment, downtown LA’s revival has done little to improve the overall region. The LA basin has been losing jobs that pay more than $75,000 annually for a decade and now suffers among the highest levels of housing overcrowding and poverty, the least affordable housing, the lowest homeownership rates, and the second-largest concentration of homeless in the nation.”

“Given these realities, it’s not surprising that would-be gentrifiers face increasing and even violent opposition. In Los Angeles, gentrification efforts have sparked grassroots rebellions in the historically African American Crenshaw district, Chinatown, South Los Angeles, and, most especially, East Los Angeles. In 2015, a real estate firm littered LA’s Arts District with a “Why Rent Downtown When You Could Own in Boyle Heights?” flyer. Realtors promoted a bike tour through the “charming, historic, walkable and bikeable neighborhood.” After the realtor received messages like “Stay outta my hood” and “I hope your 60-minute bike ride is a total disaster,” the event was canceled.”

Commuter Rail: Part of New Urbanism

The House passes SB 241 – voting was 213-141 along party lines

If you care about taxes, you will care about this issue which by all accounts would be a huge detriment to the NH Advantage.

These 8 Republicans voted for SB 241 which by the DOT’s own study portends to be the worst financial boondoggle ever for NH and likely cause a huge new broad-based tax: James Allard, Arthur Barnes, Joel Desilets, George Feeney, Dennis Fields, Werner Horn, Aboul Khan, Walter Stapleton.

Feeney, Fields, and Stapleton represent areas upcountry where the residents would not even benefit from this, but their constituents would pay just the same.

ARE THEY YOUR REPS?

KUDOS to these 5 Democrats who had the courage to break with their party and vote NO: Susan Ticehurst, Edith Tucker, Linn Opderbecke, Henry Parkhurst, Judith Spang.

All 5 of the above-named Democrats were smart enough to know they also represent areas where the residents would not even benefit from this, but their constituents would pay just the same.

44 Reps were missing on this very important vote. (2 of 46 were excused)

Be sure to call the Governor’s office (603-271-2121) and leave a message that you want him to stick with his party and VETO SB 241 – a ridiculous, wasteful bill.

If you are too shy to call, sign the petition and your name will be included with those who want this bill VETOED.

Please read about Dallas Area Rail Transit (DART) and how while touted as ‘successful’ does not fulfill the promise of alleviating traffic, nor paying for itself.

The Democrats do not seem care if they impose another tax upon NH.

This DART article also reveals something we all knew — rails are part of the “New Urbanism” movement to socially engineer where we live, work, play, and travel, having “…generated $5 billion in transit-oriented development around its 62 stations”, “…changing the way the region grows and how North Texans live”.
