Our federal government, as it should be clear to all now, is devoted to bringing about world government. If you follow the Twitter account for the US State Department you can see that all they care about is the global agenda.

Our country to them, is divided into 10 regions, not states, the very same as the UN sees us.

And same as the planners like Andres Duany who think Miami and Cuba are a region, and Texas and Mexico are one and the same.

As war criminal Kissinger said, anyone who opposes this “international order” is a terrorist.

Many of us have been saying this since 1980 — our sovereignty is the key issue and has been compromised since we allowed the central banks (Federal Reserve) to take over in 1913. It’s done nothing but go downhill from there for our nation state, including the formation of the intrusive United Nations, who fancies itself the world’s governmental seat.

Now, no one is laughing.

It’s coming home to roost, people are seeing Agenda 21 at their doorsteps, and are now not so quick to say it’s a ‘conspiracy’.

Smart Grid

Please call or write to your Senators and Congressmen to express your opposition to the HR2685 Smart Grid Advancement Act of 2013

This bill will make it mandatory to create the Smart Grid and require every state to join and put a Smart Meter on every house. We will also end up paying for other countries to join the Grid. If you think NSA was watching everything you do now, just wait until this Grid is developed.

The Grid will essentially make the connection between the three countries as part of the NAU. This will effect all water, electrical, and gas distribution (including free standing wells).

The group that is promoting this is called Smart Grid Interoperability Panel or SGIP and it is headed up by a long time leader within the UN.

Here are some excerpts from the bill, compliments of http://www.stopocsmartmeters.org/

(1.) Section 2 (4) defines Load-serving entity as an entity that “provides electricity directly to retail consumers with the responsibility to assure power quality and reliability, including such entities that are investor-owned, publicly owned, owned by rural electric cooperatives, or other entities.” In other words, all electricity providers.

(2.) Section 5 (a) says “each load-serving entity, or, at the option of the State, each State with respect to load-serving entities that the State regulates, shall determine and publish peak demand reduction goals for any load-serving entities that have an applicable baseline in excess of 250 megawatts.” In other words every provider has to reduce the amount of electricity provided.

(3.) Section 5 (c)(4) says that “…peak demand reduction goals shall provide that…” “…are realistically achievable with an aggressive effort to deploy Smart Grid”

(4.) Section 5 (d) says Each load-serving entity shall prepare a peak demand reduction plan through either/and “direct reduction in megawatts of peak demand through energy efficiency measures or use of a Smart Grid”. This will be forced through rationing and price increases.

(5.) Section 6 changes key wording in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Wording changes:
“striking ‘reduce energy consumption during the 4-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act’ and inserting ‘increase energy efficiency and to adopt Smart Grid technology and practices’.” “inserting after subparagraph (C) the following: ‘(D) purchasing and utilizing equipment that includes Smart Grid features and capability’ ” “by inserting ‘and smart’ after ‘efficient’ and by inserting after ‘products’ the first place it appears ‘, including products designated as being smart appliances’.”

(6.) PEAK DEMAND REDUCTION- The term ‘peak demand reduction’ means the reduction in annual peak demand as compared to a previous baseline year or period, expressed in megawatts (MW), whether accomplished by–

(A) diminishing the end-use requirements for electricity; RATIONING AND PRICE INCREASES

(B) use of locally stored energy or generated electricity to meet those requirements from distributed resources on the load-serving entity’s customers’ premises and without use of high-voltage transmission; or

(C) energy savings from efficient operation of the distribution grid resulting from the use of a Smart Grid.

The writer of this article makes no bones about the purpose of urbanism.

He states among other things, that “pervasive, single family homes are, like private automobiles, obsolete for the future.”

Really?

Further, he states “But they must eventually become either antiques (like old colonial dwellings in New England and along the Acela Corridor) or be folded in to reasonable human settlements that come about as a result of smart planning, humane design and caring attention to the thought of persons like Christopher Alexander“.

Laconia and Weirs

Planning director, Shanna Saunders calls the $50,000 grant for the “storytelling” development “our storytelling grant.” This grant awarded to the city by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority is to fund the development of architectural standards for downtown and The Weirs.

The stakeholders are the Ironwood Design Group LLC of Exeter and Sheer McCrystal-Paison Architecture Inc. of New London. FBC, meaning Form Base Code, is a departure from conventional zoning. FBC zoning defines a one block parcel and is a method to REGULATE the development of buildings, floor areas, car free movement, garden cities, new urbanism, settlement growth, smart growth, and Transition Towns.

At a minimum, a FBC, written to enable or preserve a specific urban form, consists of a building form, and public spaces, and standards keyed to a REGULATORY plan. An urban design is the is intention or goal, the form base code is the regulatory tool to achieve it. FBC is a tool to provide local government the regulatory means to achieve development objectives with greater certainty by-passing local ZBA authority and the board of selectman and elected officials.

Ironwood Design Group is all about landscape architecture, urban design, and environmental plans for someone else’s property. This group is affiliated with Plan NH/Granite State Future. Stakeholders like this company profit by using this FBC, whose focus is primarily on Regulating [the word of worry] urban form and less on land use. This will infringe on our personal property rights and is unconstitutional, as stated in Art. 2 Natural Rights, in the NH Bill of Rights!

Regulate, my “worry” word means: “to control or direct by a rule, principle,or method, to adjust in accordance with some standard or requirement.”

Form based codes include:

Architectual Standards – these are regulations controlling external architectual materials and quality.

Landscaping Standards – regulations controlling landscape design, and plant materials on Private Property as they impact public spaces, regulations about parking lot screening and shading, maintaining sight lines, insuring unobstructed pedestrian movements.

Signage Standards – regulations controlling allowable signage sizes, materials, illumination and placement.

Environmental Resource Standards – regulations controlling issues such as storm water drainage and infiltration, development on slopes, tree protection, and solar access.

Once you lose development rights, you have essentially lost control of your property, no matter what the people or the local government proclaim. Only you are responsible for the property taxes, and your land use is regulated!!

Development rights to one’s property are infringed by obeying shifting regulations and enhanced “best practices” mandated by the new development rights’ holder.

Please research form base code and refuse this grab by people who are out to make money and could care less about the individual. I love the Weirs and its antiquity and style, do not change the view or be regulated into this ruse to control your individual rights, and behavior! The city of Dover and Strafford, have FBC and are unhappy with the regulations!! They were duped by conversations with only the input of a minority of people, and without a majority of the voting public. Beware of these “listening sessions” employed by Plan NH and NH Listens, using the Delphi Technique to obtain an already written agenda, while giving the public the illusion that they created the issues!

Does the Planning Director know about this devious and unethical method of stealing the residents’ right to regulate their own property? The residents of Laconia need to ask and obtain the knowledge about FBC and go to the Granite State Futures web site and learn about how the LRPC is involved in our everyday behaviors, and is planning to change us, and our liberties as property owners and citizens. Another point of interest is that the 9 planning commissions are unelected people who are trying to change our great state of NH. We also need to be aware of Grants associated with the HUD-1044 grant instrument, and the strings attached, and any other grant that gives the illusion of “storytelling”.
