Exclusive: The UN starts toward new control over the world’s oceans

Surprisingly the MSM is onto this and reporting it. The UN now controls what is on your plate, what your kids are taught in school (have you ever heard of an NGO club being allowed to take over to teach government that is in opposition to the constitutional republic?) and how you can build in your town. Now they want control over the world’s waters.

The United Nations has launched a far-reaching initiative that could give U.N.-sponsored authorities sway over the biological resources of the high seas—all the waters that lie outside national territories and economic zones.

The potential shift in power involves multi-trillion-dollar issues, such as whether large areas—conceivably, as much as 30 percent– of the world’s international waters should be designated as no-go areas to protect biological diversity; whether and how to require elaborate “environmental impact assessments” for future ocean development projects; and how to divide up the economic benefits from the future development of “marine genetic resources.”

Too Many “Small and Stupid Governments”

The globalists think our local control means that too many “small and stupid governments” are in charge and therefore are working toward more regional governments. See what is happening with California 2.0.

The following two articles reveal their shocking plans.

End the Counties—Create Regional Government Instead?

There has been a movement for several years to end the 59 counties in California and instead create regional government, somewhere between ten and twelve. Some of the proposals have the regional governments appointed. If you live in Stockton, do you want an unelected officials deciding zoning matters, someone that lives in Auburn?

It’s Not California’s Big Government, It’s Too Many Small and Stupid Governments

Such regional counties would need more power to devise regional solutions to the state’s most pressing problems: schools, traffic, and housing. And, as California 2.0 argues, they’d need expanded boards of supervisors (California counties today typically have only five supervisors) and elected county executives to improve democratic accountability.

And if California politicians want to make real progress in their one-state war on climate change, they’ll need to embrace truly regional counties. Today’s state regulations on climate are unlikely to show much in results, in part because they require coordination between our fragmented local governments. But if we had counties that actually fit our regions, California might have a fighting chance of saving the world.

“Agency Tyranny – How to stop HUD’s Devastating Attack on Property Rights”

“Agency Tyranny – How to stop HUD’s Devastating Attack on Property Rights” is a free downloadable book created by John Anthony from Sustainable Freedom Lab. Download it HERE.

Agency Tyranny - Stopping HUD

In the name of reducing housing discrimination, HUD has greatly expanded its mandate to cover social issues, zoning laws and land use. Their latest rule, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, already has a history of using the force of compliance reviews and legal threats to overturn voters’ decisions; control local zoning and land use, and coerce communities to join regions.

Our new eBook describes the history of our nation’s cultural attacks on private property. See how federal agencies usurp local choices, and how communities can protect themselves from federal encroachment. Contains over 80 sources.

In other news from Sustainable Freedom Lab:

HUD Developments – Following a Executive Order issued in September, 2015, HUD is now piloting an effort to use “behaviorally-informed messages” to increase the number of students fully completing their application for federal aid. The program is in conjunction with the Department of Education.

Other Agency Developments – Attorney, Karen Budd-Falen has written an important article on The Major Regulatory Expansion of Endangered Species Act Listing and Critical Habitat Designations.

The government’s new ESA designations contain serious concerns for all private property owners.

Part of the government’s decision-making is now based on the pseudo-scientific method of “conservation biology” which will greatly expand critical habitats designations.

When combined with the President’s new approach of listing species throughout an entire range, whether or not they are endangered, places private property owners at severe risk.

Moultonboro Promotes Master Plan, Granite State Future

Please read, with links, the Lakes Region Tea Party’s website about the Town of Moultonboro.

Please be aware that the “Master Plan” for your area is no different than the Master Plan for every town, city and region in the rest of the country. To discover the goals and purposes of these plans, please visit this FRONT page of this website and the main site where these plans and schemes are exposed.

How Rindge Beat Agenda 21

Rindge residents have been at the forefront of fighting major urbanization master plans at their town meetings.

In January and June of 2013, a Rindge resident attended two “visioning” sessions pertaining to a charrette that was held a couple of years earlier. He knew nothing of this charrette before these visioning sessions. Town officials had kept it a pretty good secret, although they insisted everyone was notified. What he learned was horrifying. They were planning on changing zoning in West Rindge Village, and the intersection of routes 119 and 202. What they were proposing was mixed use zoning in these areas. Small little shops on the bottom, and “stack ’em and pack ’em” living spaces on top. These very small “apartments” almost always end up being low income housing. Walking and bike paths. Traffic calming at the intersection. He and his friends did some digging at the town hall and found out the charrette was funded by a HUD grant. As time went on, they would learn just how dangerous this was.

This is when he became involved. He started the group “Save Our Town” and started recruiting help by spreading the word. A newly formed committee started sending out flyers to every household in Rindge. Over 2,200 flyers were sent out alerting the residents on six different occasions. In October of 2013, these activists held an informational meeting with NH State Rep. John Burt and NH State Rep. Jack Flannigan which drew over 200 people. The residents were as surprised as the organizers were when they were told what the town was planning.

Everyone knew now, with all the support, that they had to try and stop this. They canvassed neighborhoods with petitions and got the required amount of signatures to get three articles put on their town warrant for a vote. One article was to remove the charrette results from Rindge’s Master Plan. The second was to remove Rindge’s membership from the South West Reginal Planning Commission, and the last, and probably the most important, was to require voter approval to accept any HUD grants. All three passed at this town meeting by large margins. The removal of the charrette won by a vote of 1082-321. They also got one SOT member elected as selectman, and 2 for the Planning Board.

They are happy to report as of now, it has been pretty quiet in Rindge pertaining to any more major changes. Save Our Town has a committee of about 12 members who take turns attending every Planning Board and Select Board meeting to make sure they do not try to sneak anything else by us. SOT is now a respected group in Rindge, and is often asked to attend certain meetings and hearings to make sure it is what the people of Rindge really want. SOT’s job is to make sure Rindge stays rural. This was a huge lesson that teaches us that you CAN fight city hall and win, you just need to get involved.

Silvio Conte Public Info Session May 3, 2016

On Tuesday, May 3, 2016 there will be a public information session concerning the draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan for the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge at the Kilton Library Community Room, 80 Main Street West Lebanon, New Hampshire.

This is a very important meeting where you can voice your concerns via a Q and A over the land that is being taken by the federal government.

Please download the PDF flyer Comprehensive Conservation Plan for the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge.

HUD Wants Control Over “Tiny Homes”

The recreational vehicles, campers, and tiny houses have become a more affordable and preferable choice in low-income or a reason to not be taxed as much by owning a home. People on the go or living off the land don’t require as much from the State. Even eradicating the homeless in cities such as Portland, Denver, Dallas, and Los Angeles by tearing down their makeshift shelters. For years the government has been cracking down on citizens who are polishing their skills in minimizing the involvement in the matrix and exiting the rat race. Learning to survive comfortably with less by unplugging from the burdensome requirements that larger permanently fixed residences demand is catching the eye of The Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Federal Land Grabs in NH [Video]

This week on “Rock, Paper, Hand Grenades” hosts Gary Hopper and Matt Connarton talked about the Federal land grab here in NH with the Honorable Anne Cartwright, Alstead Selectman Chris Reitmann, and NH State Representative Jim McConnell.

You will be shocked at how much land they are trying to take from us.

If the above video does not appear on your device, use this direct link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5u7SFQfoSSQ

Anne Cartwright and her husband own a TREE FARM in Alstead, NH. The were given notice by US Fish and Wildlife Service (USF&W) via a postcard, that their land was part of the acquisition area for the planned Silvio Conte National Wildlife Refuge (SCNWR) which covers the entire Connecticut River watershed area — 1.9M acres of land and covering 93 towns. The feds claim the right of eminent domain, but also claim they want to buy from willing sellers… but it doesn’t appear very voluntary out West.

One tactic used out west is that the government closes the roads to the land, so that owners cannot access their property except perhaps by boat.

Controlling the food, land, and water, is all part of the bigger plan to control people, exclude them from the land, and herd them into mega-cities and other urbanized areas.

In addition to the planned SCWR, we have the Lake Umbagog, Wapack, and Great Thicket areas.

In 1935 the NH legislature voted into law RSA: 121 which limits the amount of land the federal government can take to 5%. But as much as 53% of the town of Gilsum would be affected by these new plans.

Current bills in the NH legislature which would rectify the situation are: HB 1147, HB 1291, SB 324, SB 350

A warrant article was also presented to the voters of the town of Alstead who voted NO to selling any land to the federal government. DRED has received a letter advising them, and they have spoken to USF&W to make them aware of the law.

People who go up against the federal government’s plans can be, as some already have been, charged with ‘terrorism’ under the Patriot Act. (Bundys, Hammonds, and NH’s Jerry DeLemus who supported the idea of land rights when he went to protest what was going on out West)

The federal government is attempting to take over most of the northern forests that cover Maine, NH, NY, and Vermont.

Rep. Cartwright read off the names of several SOUTHERN NH towns that would be affected by the “Great Thicket” plan, and noted that the comment period has been extended until April 3. But MOST towns are UNAWARE that this is happening because they have NOT been notified.

A search on the words “federal land grabs in NH” will bring up several articles about this situation.

Rep Cartwright referred to a movie called “Dead Harvest” which can be seen here and should be important to all: https://vimeo.com/149917045

Foreigners are buying up our land, and using our water.

Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Plan

This morning, HUD Secretary Julián Castro bragged:

“On my way to NYC, which just passed groundbreaking zoning rules to create more affordable housing.”

Here was his statement:

Julian Castro

We assume he was referring to the AFFH Act. HUD is an illegal agency that your town or city needs to REJECT.
